- Lloyd Jackson Delaney (1917-2002) was educated at Trinity College, Toronto. He was ordained deacon in 1941 and priest in 1942. Delaney served parishes in the Diocese of Toronto including Perrytown with Gores Landing and Harwood, 1943-1948; Lakefield, 1948-1957; and Midland, 1957-1968. Delaney wrote a book about the church in Gores' Landing (Small but Bountiful) and several articles about rural ministry in Canada. He was involved with rural ministry associations and was a Canadian national representative on the Rural Workers Fellowship, an American organization.
