- Scope and Content
- Photo consists of the Nascopie ship on an icy body of water anchored off shore where people and cargo are waiting. The text on the paper binding suggests that these people are being rescued by the Nascopie. Nascopie could be the rescuing the crew and passengers from the Company ship Bayeskimo, which had been crushed by ice in Ungava Bay in 1925.
