Photo consists of a hand coloured image showing a small hill with a road on it leading up to a church. On either side of the road approximately ten tents are interspersed. In the foreground of the image is a number of rolled hay bales and a dog.

Text on paper binding follows as "Lake Harbour Ch. N.W.T." This suggests this image was created at Lake Harbour, now in Nunavut.
