Photo consists of men and women sitting in the back row of a group of chairs in the hall where the exhibition was being held. The exhibits are visible along the sides of the room and in the middle of the room is a table with a sign reading "Free Will Offerings". Accompanying note, written by R.D.C., reads: "Father was the secretary, I believe, and had a lot to do with organizing it. In the middle of the preparations, Edith and I developed Scarlet Fever and our house was quarantined for 6 weeks. In order that Dad could go on with the preparationsfor the Exhib. the committee installed a telephone in our house - the Craigs' first telephone."
