Letter to the editor : Drawing a waste of space

Notes: "I think the 'old-fashioned' drawings which you have been using for some time on your Letters to the Editor page, are of little value and sometimes grotesque or offensive. Just because a letter may mention a cockroach or refers to an older person reading, does not mean you have to illustrate a cockroach or an old lady. Perhaps it is time to review this practice.
