- "The Canadian Church Historical Society is pleased to announce the return of the Millman Prize Essay Contest. A prize of $500.00 is offered for the best essay in English or French in Canadian church history written in the 2015-16, 2016-17, or 2017-18 academic year by a graduate student enrolled at a Canadian University. The funding for this award is made possible by the Thomas R. Millman Endowment Fund. All essays submitted will be considered for possible publication in the 'Journal of the Canadian Church Historical Society'. Essays may deal with any aspect of Canadian church history and should not exceed 7500 words in length, be double-spaced, and conform to the 'Chicago Manual of Style' (16th edition -- notes/bibliography format). Recent issues of the Journal may prove helpful in selecting subjects for the essay. The deadline for submission is 31 August 2018. Submissions should include a brief c.v. Submissions should be sent electronically to the Rev. Daniel F. Graves, editor: [email protected]". [Text of entire article.]
