Letter to the editor: Open full commuion with Moravians

Notes: "It is now nearly 16 years since the Waterloo Declaration established full communion between the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada and the Anglican Church of Canada. Through that covenant, we recognized one another as Western Catholic churches of the Reformation with episcopal-synodical politics.
