- "We were in southern Spain in January and Three Kings Day was upon us. .... Then we went to an afternoon parade in Fuengirola town centre. .... There we stood pelted by a shower of hard candies, just as we had been pelted by rain hours earlier. Adults and children alike were laughing and scrambling for the treats. We joined in. In North America, for so many, the Christmas season ends on December 26th. The holiday decorations come down and with them the sentiment. But not here !"
