- Notes
- "In the early days of Canada, the only means of travel for any distance was by canoe. This is sometimes represented in stained glass windows, church architecture and furnishings. I am starting a project to document the canoe as a design feature in our churches. My goal is to create a slide show with photos and commentary telling the story behind the creation of each item. I am asking readers to share information about windows or other items that feature a canoe. [email protected] or 519-253-4055 Gordon Haggert, Windsor, Ont." [Text of entire letter.]
