- Notes
- Canon John Erb visited the Montreal Boys' Choir Camp, held at Camp Canmac on Lake MacDonald, north of Lachute, Quebec, in August 2002. The Montreal Choir Camp course began in 1961. "There were about 50 young people and a very large staff, from churches as far away as Winnipeg and Chicago, Garden City, Long Island, Ottawa, Toronto, Boston, Albany, Montreal, New York and Virginia, with an ecumenical flavour of RCs, Lutherans, Presbyterians, Episcopalians and Anglicans". "The leadership figure and source of this glorious music interpretation is Patrick Wedd, Director of Music, Christ Church, Montreal".
