Letters from overseas: Finding destiny

Notes: The author "a parishioner of St. Paul's, Goulds/Kilbride, Nfld., is a Volunteer in Mission serving the Anglican Church of Tanzania in Dodoma, Tanzania". The author, is working in the provincial office with the Ven. Dr. Raphael Mwiti Akiri, Provincial Secretary. At the moment they are working mostly on the St. John's University of Tanzania project. "It is exciting to see the project beginning to take shape. The date for starting has been moved to January 2007 now and hopefully the university will open then."
