"In conjunction with the Annual Meetings of the Boards and of the National Executive Council of the Anglican Church of Canada at Fredericton, New Brunswick, in August 1966, there was held a consultation for the members of all of the Boards. The intention was to enable Church members with a wide variety of departmental interests and responsibilities to give common concern and attention to a single problem. Plans were accordingly made for a day-long consultation including special speakers, small group discussions and plenary sessions centering on the theme `Ministry to a Changing World'. The purpose was defined as follows: `To look at the world situation, to look at our present idea of ministry, (using the word in the widest sense). Does it need to be changed to deal with the world in which we really live ?'" "This Bulletin is being distributed to all clergy of both the Anglican Church of Canada and the United Church of Canada. We are grateful to the Ryerson Press for printing this Bulletin". -- Intro.
