News from The Friends : Activist Resigns

Notes: "The Rev. Sir Derrick Patterson [i.e. Derek Pattinson], Chairman of the English Committee and Vice-Chairman of the Directors of the Friends of the Anglican Centre in Rome, has unfortunately had to resign due to ill-health". "The friends are very fortunate in having secured Bishop Edward Holland to take over as chairman of the English committee. He is no stranger to the Anglican Centre in Rome itself, having been Suffragan Bishop in Europe until 1995, and at one time Chaplain in Naples".; Correction notice" "The Revd. Sir Derek Pattinson. In the last edition of 'Centro' Sir Derek's name was misspelt and we apologise to him and his many friends.
