Notes: A personal reflection on the Conference by the Secretary General of the Anglican Communion who particularly mentions the video "Leadership Under Pressure" in which bishops from around the Communion shared their stories. "All of us, bishops, clergy and laity alike, experience in some way `Leadership Under Pressure', but as we learned through the videos and the Conference, we are not alone in dealing with such pressure".
