- Notes
- "[S]tories for children and adults, written by various authors from around the world. .... The stories are based on legend, personal experiences and biblical narratives and present a feminist perspective on history. Author Lois Wilson uses the Bible as a casebook for women's issues and, through her Prefaces for Adults which precede each story, describes the struggles and joys of women in history. The question that has to be asked is whether the Bible can be used as a casebook for feminist tales without destroying the integrity of the texts ?"
