- That this Council of General Synod notes the Council of the North policy as approved at our October 2003 meeting that the Length of Service Allowance be adjusted annually by the May-over-May C.P.I [Canadian Price Index] for Canada as supplied by Stats Canada and since that figure is 2.8%, therefore the 2007 LOS incremental base will be $220 effective January 1, 2007, and that this Policy be reviewed at General Synod 2007.

- The mover and seconder agreed to strike the words "and that this Policy be reviewed at General Synod 2007".
