- The House re-assembled at 8:00 p.m. when it agreed to the Reverend Canon H.M. Waddams, Rector of Manotick, Ontario, an authority on Church relations, addressing the Meeting on the proposed Church of North India and also of Lanka as well as the Churches in Scandinavia and the Eastern Churches in North America. Canon Waddams stated that the Bishops of the Church of India, Burma, Pakistan and Ceylon were anxious to remain in communion with the Anglican Communion and did not want a "polite go-ahead signal" from us. As it was the proposed Church of Lanka with which the House was immediately concerned.

- That we proceeded to discuss the document of the Church Relations Committee with reference to the Church of Lanka. CARRIED.
