- The Archbishop of British Columbia proceeded to express the grateful thanks of the House to the Bishop of Toronto (Wilkinson); his Bishop Coadjutor (Snell) and Suffragan Bishop (Hunt) and all their associates for so successfully and happily making the many and varied arrangements for the recent Anglican Congress. Referring to the impressive attendance and the near perfection of the Congress arrangements, His Grace paid tribute to the superb gifts of leadership and organization shown by Bishop Wilkinson, and the truly wonderful response in co-operation and hospitality shown by Torontonians.

- "That this House places on record its most grateful appreciation of the splendid arrangements made by the Bishop of Toronto, the Bishop Coadjutor, the Bishop Suffragan and their associates, and particularly for their varied and generous hospitality."
