- That section 14 or Canon III - The Primacy - be amended to read as follows:
- 14. The financial needs of the Primacy shall be met first from the income of any capital fund designated for such purpose and, second, from the proportional gifts made by the Dioceses. CARRIED IN ALL ORDERS Act 12
