- That this Council direct the Officers to name a small task group, regionally based, with indigenous and non-indigenous participants, with the following task;
- -To do preliminary study on possible constitutional arrangements for direct indigenous representation in national church governance
- -To report to the next meeting of Council. CARRIED #36-11-01
