- In the absence of Bishop Short, Chairman of the Task Force on Licensing, Bishop Maguire presented the Report.

- "That this Report be received." CARRIED
- It was noted that this report was prepared in consultation with the Pensions Division, the Committee on Ministry and the Division of Personnel Resources.
- Seconded by: Bishop Watton
- "That we defer voting on recommendations (a), (b), & (c), until we have the necessary documentation before us." CARRIED
- Following a lengthy discussion of the Report, Bishops Bothwell and Stiff volunteered to work further on it, and to bring it before the House at the December meeting.
