- That this General Synod direct the Council of the General Synod to consider changing the membership of the Council of the General Synod so that it will include one youth member from each Ecclesiastical Province; these members to be nominated by Provincial Caucuses, and that the Council report on the matter to the 36th General Synod. CARRIED Act 87
