- Text of motion
- That this Synod record its happiness and deep appreciation for the visit of the presiding Bishop of the Protestant Episcopal Church of the United States of America to this Jubilee Session of the General Synod of the Church of England in Canada.
- We recognize the great value of the visit of a distinguished ecclesiastic from our Sister Church in the country to the South of us, which is so closely bound to us in Canada in our united crusade against the pagan forces which are seeking by evil aggression to dominate the world. Especially, we desire to express our gratitude for the sermons which the Rt. Rev. H. St. George Tucker delivered at the Synod Service in St. James' Cathedral and the Jubilee Service at St. Paul's Church.
- Further we thank him for the spirit of true brotherhood which has characterized his fellowship with us. His presence has been a benediction. CARRIED with enthusiasm in both Houses.
