- Prologue
- Mr. G.E. Davy, Chairman of the Committee, presented its report (copy attached to the official minutes).
- Publications Unit (pp.1-2 of report)
- In response to a question regarding the publishing house that had been proposed at one time, this matter had been referred to the Working Committee which had prepared the Price Waterhouse and Co. recommendations to General Synod. This Committee had considered that a Publications Unit as part of the Division of Communications would be more feasible than the establishment of a publishing house.
- Ministry Among Canadian Native Peoples (pp.2-3 of report)
- A strong appeal was made that the Task Group should not be composed of staff people entirely but rather that the opinions of the native peoples themselves should be obtained as to what they want the Church to do.
- Anglican Church Women Representation at NEC Meetings (p.4 of report)
- The Program Committee requests that the National Executive Council make provision for a member of the Anglican Church Women to be invited to attend National Executive Council meetings as an observer/consultant. The Dominion President, Mrs. J. Robertson, would be prepared to attend or to appoint somebody to represent Anglican Church Women.
