- That Section 3 of the Declaration of Principles be amended to read:
- The President of General Synod shall be the Primate of the Anglican Church of Canada, who shall be elected and hold Office under, and have such privileges, powers, authority and duties as may be defined by the Constitution, Canons and Rules of Order of the Synod. CARRIED unanimously in both Houses.
