- Prologue
- The Missionary Year, marking the Golden Jubilee of M.S.C.C., was presented by the Bishop of Brandon and Rev. Dr. H.G. Watts. The object is to stimulate interest in and strengthen every aspect of the work of the M.S.C.C. and to grasp all opportunities for the enlargement of this work. The success of the project will depend upon the support given by the whole Church.
- Text of motion
- That we endorse whole-heartedly the proposal of the Executive Committee of M.S.C.C., which has been duly approved by the Executive Council, that the ensuing twelve months be set aside as a missionary year and suitably observed throughout the Dominion; we warmly approve the programme of observance prepared by the Jubilee Committee, and urge the active support of every diocese, deanery and parish in carrying it out. CARRIED in both Houses.
