- That Sections 8g) and 8h) of the Constitution be amended by striking out the words "between the age of eighteen years and twenty-five years" where they appear therein and substituting in each case the words "who will be at least sixteen years of age upon the opening of General Synod and under the age of twenty-six years upon the prorogation of General Synod";
- That Section 8j) of the Constitution be amended by deleting therefrom the words "clerical and lay"; and
- That Section 9e) of the Constitution be amended by deleting the number "18" and substituting the number "16." CARRIED Act 11
