- Bishop Peters presented a report from the Diocese of Nova Scotia Bicentenary Planning Committee regarding the Anglican Episcopacy in Canada, pointing out that Charles Inglis, our first Bishop, was Consecrated in 1787.

- That the House of Bishops recognizes the Bicentenary as a national observance and requests National Executive Council to provide a liaison with the Planning Committee. CARRIED #10-2-85
