- RESULTS OF E-BALLOTS
- The Prolocutor, Ms. Cynthia Haines-Turner, reported the results of the four email ballots conducted since the November 2016 meeting.
- Text of motion
- On April 20, 2017, the CoGS Nominating Committee called for nominations to fill the role of CoGS partner on the Episcopal Church (TEC) Executive Council. Ms. Melanie Delva resigned from this role and as a member of CoGS upon appointment as the Reconciliation Animator for General Synod. Nominations were due to the Chair of the Nominating Committee, the Rev. Dr. Lynne McNaughton, by Tuesday, May 2, 2017. CoGS was informed there needed to be an e-election. The election was conducted through Survey Monkey and the Rev. Canon David Burrows was elected as the CoGS partner on TEC.
