That this Lower House having concurred unanimously in the statement sent down by the Upper House, respectfully request that after a full and frank discussion of the proposed exchange of ministries with the United Church by the Bishops to be assembled at Lambeth in 1948, the House of Bishops of our Canadian Church prepare and publish in pamphlet form as quickly as possible a statement of the result of such discussion, to guide our clergy and laity in their studies of the proposals previous to the General Synod of 1949.
