- Resolved:
- That, in 1960, all clergy serving in assisted parishes in missionary dioceses in receipt of M.S.C.C. grants, who had been ordained priests prior to January 1st, 1955, shall receive an annual stipend of $3,000 plus a free house; and that all other clergy serving in assisted parishes in missionary dioceses shall receive an anuual stipend of $2,900, plus a free house, for the first five years of their ministry -- all regardless of marital status; and that this provision be reviewable annually.
