That the Note in Section 5, subsection 2 of the Constitution be amended to read as follows:
Note - Order of Procession (1937, p.134; 1952, pp.3-4; 1959, pp.20, 30)
1. The Choir.
2. Lay members of the Synod.
3. Visiting clergy.
4. Clerical members of the Synod, in order of seniority of dioceses (senior diocese last).
5. Canons and Honorary Canons.
6. Heads of Universities and Colleges.
7. Archdeacons.
8. Deans of Dioceses and Cathedrals.
9. Chancellors of Dioceses.
10. Executive Staff of Divisions.
11. Directors of Divisions.
12. General Treasurer.
13. Assessors to the Supreme Court of Appeal.
14. Hon. Asst. Clerical and Lay Secretaries of the Lower House.
15. Hon. Clerical and Lay Secretaries of the Lower House.
16. The Secretaries of the Upper House.
17. Executive Director of Program.
18. General Secretary of the Synod.
19. Registrar and Hon. Treasurer of the Synod.
20. Assessors to the Prolocutor.
21. Deputy Prolocutor.
22. Prolocutor.
23. Heads of the National Governing Bodies of other Communions.
24. Special Preacher (if not a Bishop).
25. Retired Archbishops and Bishops (who have returned to parochial duties) without Chaplains.
26. Retired Archbishops and Bishops (who have not returned to parochial duties) without Chaplains.
27. Visiting Bishops of other Churches in communion with the Church in Canada, each followed by one Chaplain.
28. Diocesan, Suffragan, Coadjutor and Assistant Bishops in order of seniority of consecration, each followed by one Chaplain.
29. Archbishops and Metropolitans in order of seniority of appointment as such, each followed by two Chaplains.
30. Special Preacher (if a Bishop, followed by two Chaplains).
31. The Bishop in whose Diocese the Service is held, preceded by the Dean and Chancellor and a Chaplain carrying his pastoral staff, and followed by a second Chaplain.
32. Primate or Acting Primate, with three Chaplains, one preceding him bearing the Primatial Cross and the other two following him. CARRIED in both Houses.
