The Archbishop of Algoma thanked the Primate for arranging the Quiet Day. Father Palmer's addresses were deeply appreciated and we have been greatly favoured by the kindness of the Bishop and the Diocese of Niagara. The House wholeheartedly supported the Archbishop's words.

"That the grateful thanks of the House of Bishops be extended to Father Palmer for his conducting of the Quiet Day at Ancaster and that the Secretary arrange for a suitable honorarium to be forwarded to him. Furthermore, that if possible a copy of his notes be circulated to each member of the House." CARRIED
