Advertisement for Anglican Foundation with text: "Alice recently received a copy of the 2009 Yearbook of the Anglican Foundation of Canada. She was greatly impressed with the wide scope of the Projects and Awards, and was especially pleased to see the grants made to projects of the Council of the North. Alice has decided to add a codicil to her existing will, providing a generous bequest for the Anglican Foundation -- in thanksgiving for the wonderful work the Foundation is doing in support of vital ministries and projects, including bursaries for theological studies. She is grateful to God for all the blessings she has received during a long and very happy life, and is delighted she is able to respond to God's generosity through her visionary gift".

"James visited a lawyer friend recently and revised his will. In addition to providing bequests for his grandchildren's education, he has decided to name his parish as a beneficiary as well. In fact, he has decided to provide a tithe, or ten percent, of his estate to his parish church, continuing what he practices every Sunday as a committed tither. He has encouraged his friends to do the same".
