Annie Edgar (1891-1984) was a missionary nurse in Palampur, Punjab, India for twenty-five years, during WWII, for which she became a Lieutenant Colonel in the Indian Army of the 63rd India General Hospital. Miss Edgar worked for the MSCC visiting Indian Residential Schools during 1946-1947 and helped write at report on the residential schools in 1950. She was principal of the Anglican Women's Training College, 1947-1955.
