- Referred to National Executive Council Resolutions from the Commission on the Structure of the Canadian Church
- That Sections 1 and 2 of the following resolution be referred to the Committee on Organization, and Section 3 to the General Secretary of General Synod:
- "1. That, if the General Synod approves the discharge of the Basic Stipend Committee, the Commission be divided into three sub-committees;
- (a) Relations of General Synod vis-a-vis Provincial and Diocesan Synods;
- (b) The Ministry, generally;
- (c) Salary Structures.
- 2. That the Primate be respectfully asked to include in the Commission's terms of reference parochial and salary structures in the relation to the Ecclesiastical Provinces.
- 3. That in view of the important issues faced by the Commission and the difficulty experienced in obtaining a hitherto meagre attendance, the Primate be requested to arrange for meetings to be held at times and in places where the membership will not be called upon to attend other meetings and can devote its time to full consideration and debate." CARRIED
