- That this Council of General Synod, seeking to retain the practice of tithing 10% of undesignated bequests, direct the Treasurer to clearly identify, in the budgeted Partners in Mission grants to overseas Anglican Provinces, an amount that represents 10% of undesignated bequests, for the fiscal years 2004 and 2005.
