- The House supported all four points:
- 1. Training should follow immediately upon consecration, and the diocese should be responsible for payment.
- 2. Sabbaticals should be built in.
- 3. Spouses should be included.
- 4. The Metropolitans follow through to ensure policy is carried out.

- That the Metropolitans be asked to work out the implications of resolution #41 themselves or to appoint a task force to do so and report back to the February 1990 meeting of the House. CARRIED
