Charles Inglis (1734-1816), was the first Bishop of Nova Scotia (1787-1816) and John Inglis (1777-1850) was the third Bishop of Nova Scotia (1825-1850).

Walter Robert Adams (1877-1957) was born, educated and ordained in England. He served in Canada in Saskatchewan from 1907-1914 and returned to England. He came back to Canada when he was elected Bishop of Cariboo in 1925.
