The Rev. Edmund C.R Pritchard is the grandson of John Pritchard, who was the Secretary to Lord Selkirk who brought settlers from Northern Scotland to the Red River Settlement. He was one of three brothers who went into the ministry.
Pritchard was born 1875 and died between 1965-1972. He was educated at St. John's College, Winnipeg, BA 1898; deacon 1899; priest 1901. CMS missionary at Denorwic, 1899-1902; Rector of Birtle 1902-1907; Incumbent of St. Cuthbert's, Elmwood, Winnipeg, MB, 1907-1924. St. Clement's, Seattle, WA, 1926-1944. Retired in British Columbia.
