- That the Rules of Order be amended by the addition of the following:
- That all the chairmen presiding over Spending Committees be authorized to treat motions proffered, proposing to effect an expenditure of money, as Notices of Motion, pending the approval of the Budget Committee, or the Board of Finance, or such other competent financial committee that such necessary funds are available. CARRIED in both Houses.
