- That first reading be given to the resolution:
- That subsection 17 (b) of Canon XVIII be amended to read:
- b) presumed innocent until the commission of the offence by them is proved beyond a reasonable doubt. CARRIED Act 21
- Notes
- The Primate took the Chair and expressed the appreciation of Synod to the Hon. Ron Stevenson for his work on the above amendments.
