- That this General Synod, in session assembled, extends to the Rev. Dr. D.B. Rogers its grateful thanks for well nigh thirty years of efficient and valuable service to the Church of England in Canada through the Editorial and Supplies' Departments of the G.B.R.E. CARRIED in both Houses.
