That the report of the Archives Committee be taken in conjunction with that of the Canadian Church Historical Society during the luncheon meeting of the Society on Wednesday, October 9th, and recorded as part of the business of the Executive Council. CARRIED
That the Executive Council approve the participation of The Anglican Church of Canada in the Christian Pavilion at the Montreal World's Fair in 1967; subject to a similar decision on the part of sufficient other denominations and subject to approval of any financial obligations by the Central Executive Committee; and that the Primate be authorized to appoint a committee to co-operate with other communions in this project. Moved by the Rt. Rev. H.R. Hunt, seconded by the General Treasurer, That the Executive Council approve of the installation in 1967 of a stained glass window in the west end of Christ Church Cathedral, Ottawa, as an appropriate memorial, at an appropriate time, to Canada's pioneers, and that the Board of Finance be asked to make funds available for such project when a design has been approved and costs are known.
