- Appreciation was expressed to Bishop and Mrs. Conlin, the Synod Office staff, and all those in the Diocese of Brandon who worked to make this such a pleasant and happy meeting.
- The performance of the play "Mass Appeal" was enjoyed and appreciated and special thanks were extended to Dean Goater and the Reverend G.S. Kilgore.
- The special effort put forth by the staff of the Royal Oak Inn was recognized. Appreciation was expressed to Mrs. Patricia Curtis who led the morning meditations and to Mrs. Judy Lackey and Mrs. Joan Bothwell for their special presentations.
- The wives expressed deep appreciation to all who worked to make the events arranged for them so enjoyable, and to the women of the Diocese of Brandon who made the cushions for the Bishops and their wives.
