- That a rubber stamp, or other appropriate identification, be obtained stating that the report is intended for study purposes only. CARRIED
- Notes
- The Primate noted that there has been a twenty percent decline in the number of people baptized and fifty percent in the number confirmed, and that this issue is urgent. The purpose of the report will be well served if all groups respond as conscientiously as the House of Bishops.
- The Primate expressed the appreciation of the House to the members of the Task Force.
