That this General Synod:
1. Support the Government of Canada in its expression to the People's Republic of China of Canada's revulsion and sorrow at the recent killing of unarmed students and other civilians advocating democratizaton in China.
2. Extend to the Church in China through the China Christian Council and Patriotic Catholic Association, greeting of prayerful support and solidarity in this time of vulnerability for the Church in China.
3. Commit the Anglican Church of Canada to help Chinese refugees in Canada. CARRIED WITHOUT DEBATE Act 111
