- At 7:00 p.m., Mr. H.J.A. Chambers presented the Report of the Pensions Committee. Archdeacon Hobson gave a summary of the number of changes and alterations that had been made in the administration of the fund.

- THAT Pensions Canons VIII, X and XI be repealed and that the revised Pensions Canons, as circulated are substituted.
- An amendment to the motion was
- Moved by: Mr. G.C. Hodge
- Seconded by: Mr. W. Wadley
- THAT Section 4 (a) (vii) of Canon VIII be amended by altering the words 'ten appointed persons' to 'six appointed persons'. DEFEATED IN ORDER OF DELEGATES

- THAT the Pensions Committee, after the next valuation of the Pension Fund due at the end of 1973, assuming a surplus is available, give first consideration to increasing, as of January 1, 1974, the pensions of those widows whose income appears to be inadequate.
