Recognizing the need for close liaison both among national committees and also between national committees and the Program Divisions; Be it Resolved that this General Synod request the Primate to take the initiative in working with the Chairmen of all such committees to develop adequate procedures to make such liaison possible and effective, and request that he report to the National Executive Council the procedures so developed".
