- That this Council of the General Synod concurs with the recommendations that:
- 1. Rev. Dr. Wendy Fletcher-Marsh be confirmed as the second representative to the Commission on Faith and Witness for a term ending with the next triennial assembly of the Canadian Council of Churches;
- 2. There continue to be one staff representative to each of the Commissions of the Canadian Council of Churches and that these representatives be nominated by the Management Team and confirmed by the Officers in September 1998;
- 3. the second representative on the Commission on Justice and Peace be nominated by the Partners in Mission Committee and confirmed by the Officers in September 1998l and that
- 4. these appointments be for a term which ends with the next triennial assembly of the Canadian Council of Churches. CARRIED #05-05-98
